Patrick Goodison:
Area Manager (Partnerships and Communities) at Knowsley Council

Graham and KPAC provided a bespoke training course for a group of Community Champions.
The course was designed and delivered on time and was extremely well received by the community members who attended.
Helen and Graham built and maintained an excellent rapport with them and this really helped achieve the learning outcomes.
The Community Champions have gone from strength to strength and this is almost certainly down to the excellent training that they received from KPAC.
They are now a constituted group who are delivering their own drop in service, consultation and survey work and projects for Knowsley PCT, Villages Housing and KMBC.
I would not hesitate to recommend KPAC and I hope to work with them again in the near future.
