Quality Assurance:
KPAC holds the Matrix quality standard for delivering information, advice and guidance.
KPAC also holds the Social Enterprise Mark. All tutors are fully qualified and are CRB checked.
We have a system of peer group quality assurance and regular admin checks of file standards and customer service. All clients are given the opportunity to complete an evaluation process and can choose to remain anonymous if desired.
Self Assessment Reviews are regularly produced as are monthly reports. This is in turn supported by team meetings and management meetings. KPAC services also hold regular ‘away days’ with the team to ensure the quality of service delivery is kept on the agenda.
